Full Job Description

We are a fast growing, privately owned orthodontic dental practice. Our recently remodeled, state of the art facility is seeking an energetic, organized, dependable, detail-oriented self-starter, with strong multi-tasking skills.

Dental assisting experience is a plus, and orthodontic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Office Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8:00am-5:00pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Instrument sterilization

- Setting up/cleaning operatories

- Answering and returning phone calls

- Scheduling appointments and collecting payments

- Assisting the doctor

- Taking and uploading photographs

- Communicating with patients and maintaining accurate patient records

- Provide support to office personnel when primary responsibilities are completed

- Organizing inventory and office supplies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

  • Menlo Park, CA 94025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • High school or equivalent (Required)


  • Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)


  • English (Required)


  • California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License (Preferred)
  • California BLS/CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • California X-ray License (Preferred)
