Description

Responsibilities: The over-all management of a long-established general/specialty dental practice:

  • hire, train, schedule, and evaluate all employees
  • oversee and support all administrative functions and administrative staff in matters such as insurance, collections, patient relations, etc.
  • address office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively
  • process payroll for employees and doctors
  • prepare and file required quarterly and annual state and federal taxes
  • create accounting and management reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • reconcile bank accounts with QuickBooks

Required Skills

  • Substantial experience in the dental field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with both employees and patients
  • Leadership ability to manage employees and situations
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Experience with dental software - MacPractice preferred
  • Energetic, with the ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
