Hours: Monday 8:30 – 6:00 and Tuesday-Friday 7:30 – 5:00

• Please note, as of January 1, 2024, the hours will be as follows:

Monday 8:30am-6pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5:30pm

Friday 7:30am-5pm

We’re a fast-growing private dental office located in a beautiful natural setting in downtown Walnut

Creek, with the goal of helping patients to enjoy visiting the dentist.

We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist with a warm and engaging personality to join

our team on a full-time basis. If the following description sounds exciting and fits your experience,

WHO WE ARE:

• Private dental practice performing general and cosmetic dentistry
• Split of FFS and PPO
• Focused on helping patients enjoy visiting the dentist, which we accomplish by building

an unusually great team and office experience

YOU SHOULD BE:

• Looking for a full-time role —
• Ready to work — must have at least 2 years of experience as a Dental Office Receptionist

in a private dental practice ideally in a general dental office

• Experienced, and skilled in the foundations — at least 2 years of private practice

experience, with confidence and expertise in:

○ Insurance verification

○ Presenting Treatment and financial option to patients

○ Managing hitting weekly, monthly and annual production targets and keeping doctor

and hygiene schedules filled

○ Insuring a positive patient experience

• Positive and enthusiastic — you genuinely enjoy getting to know the patients and staff

hearing about life milestones (e.g., weddings, births, graduations); your friends describe you

as warm and engaging; you find it easy to relate to many different types of people (e.g.,

ages, personalities)

• Growth-oriented — you want to keep learning and growing, and enjoy finding and

suggesting better ways of doing things, to improve the patient and dental team experience
