PURE Oral Surgery is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow! As an Office Manager you will help lead the office and create an extraordinary experience with our patients. Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily.
  • Calculate, coordinate, and review financial agreements and treatment plans with patients
  • Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
  • Work with existing vendor relationships to manage office equipment, utilities, software, technology, and the facility itself and resolves any related problems or needed repairs
  • Promote a positive work environment in line with company culture
  • Manage employees’ schedules and paid time off
  • Manage staff members according to company culture, policies, and protocol, providing corrective action as needed
  • Manage office supplies and budget
  • Support front desk and clinical staff members as needed
  • Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of management/supervisory experience or 5 years of oral surgery/dental office leadership experience required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Strong customer service, retail, sales, or oral surgery/dental experience (including knowledge of billing codes, terminology, procedures, and insurance).
  • Experience in Open Dental preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Google Apps preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Spanish preferred but not required.
